Burlington Outlet Village is an open-air outlet mall located at 2389 Corporation Parkway in Burlington, North Carolina at exit 145 off I85/40. Formerly known as Burlington Manufacturers Outlet Center, the mall was actually the first factory outlet center to open in North Carolina. The outlet village was constructed in 1981. In 1983 more buildings were constructed and in 2007 and 2008, Burlington Outlet Village was renovated.

The 24-acre property offers 25 brand name shops and is home to the latest clothing fashions, home decor or specialty items.
