The food at Charley's is no doubt delicious and the customer service is usually great, however, I have just had an experience with Charley's that will cost them any more of my business. I was yelled at for not answering for my order soon enough when they hadn't even made or called out the correct sandwich I had ordered. My first response was to tell them It was ok that I would take the wrong order it wasn't a problem but they were just simply rude and defensive about it telling me it was what I had ordered and they would have to charge me more to make the original sandwich I ordered. How rude. First you yell at me in a crowded mall then you call me a liar after I say I am happy to settle with the wrong order? I will never eat at Charley's again.
