So I went to exchange a pair of $100 sweat pants I bought for my Son a size too small. Well Andrew the Store manager he made sure I was aware of that was very rude told me to call customer service they dont look up receipts in store but they do. Well after an hour on hold with champs customer service I got a call back two days later. I had to leave a message uggh how inconvenient all the way around the board guess thats why managment is so Rude. After days of this customer service finally contacted me & told me I could exchange for size. Mind you I am a V.I.P mamber & spend thousands of dollars in that store a year not anymore!
