Montgomery Mall North Wales, Pennsylvania - PA

The Montgmery Mall in Montgomery Township close to North Wales, Pennsylvania, is a nice two level shopping mall located at Routes 202 and 309 and owned by Simon Property Group. The mall was opened in 1977 and built at the former intersection of several farms, taverns and small school in Montgomery Township.

The mall is anchored by a 126,000-square-foot Wegmans opened in fall 2013, JCPenney, Macy's, Sears and Dick’s Sporting Goods. The mall consists of 116 in-line stores/retailers in total. The mall is undergoing a $8 million renovation that should redesign exterior and entrance, family restrooms, refresh retail spaces, upgrade lighting and bring in new retail and dining options. The renovation should be completed in late summer this year and and you can await grand re-opening celebration. The mall's last major renovation was in 2008. 

From this year the mall features two new retailers which are J.Jill, women's apparel, and casual Maditerranean restaurant Zoë’s Kitchen. New retailers opened up in Montgomery Mall last year were Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Clarks, Icing, New York Thread and Subway. Other stores that have recently opened include Francesca’s, Spencer’s Gifts, Street Corner News and VisionWorks. This year Justice&Brothers (a clothing store for teenagers), Vans (American shoe and apparel ) and Grub Burger Bar will open up.

New children's play arena was opened last year in November. Kidgits Club offers many advantages and events for children and their families (for example book reading, listening to the story tellers and other interactive activities). As you can see there is always something going on in the Montgomery Mall during last years. The mall is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays and from 11 am to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
