I purchased a pair of sunglasses with a matching purse from this store location. I have never had a problem with this particular location before as I have purchased several items prior. Unfortunately, the sunglasses that were sold to me were broken and the lens would not stay in the frame. I attempted to return the glasses and showed the sales associate the crack in between the frame and the lens. She in turn for the manager and told me she would attempt to locate another pair of sunglasses for me. They could not obtain the glasses while I was in the store so they obtained my information and said they would call me to update on the progress. Two days went past and I did not receive any updates on the sunglassww. I phoned the store and a sales associate answered the phone. She reported that there was nothing that could be done about the situation and there was no proof that I brought the sunglasses from that store. She continued to say I could have bought that glasses from T.J max from all the store knew . I explained to the associate the cost of the glasses and the disappointment that I spent 99 dollars for a broken pair of glasses which the store kept when I tried to get assistance the first time with this situation.
