I went shopping at this location on August 3rd, bought stuff for around $11.00 and gave a $100.00 bill. The Manager was so rude and wanted to give to the changes a toonie, loonie and $5.00 notes only even though she had bigger change in the other till...I was ok with that but she spoke to me so rudely and was taking so much time. Finally I told her to return by $100.00 bill and leave my purchase as I told her that she was too rude...she said that she does not care and told me to leave from there without any shopping...after that day, I made up my mind not to go to any Forever 21 store because the customer service was so poor...and if you see the video footage, you will see that I was not rude at all and tried to cope with the situation but the Lady Manager was very rude.
