I just tried to exchange a t-shirt here - receipt in hand, within the 15 day limit for returns, never worn or washed, tags still attached, more than happy to take store credit and they wouldn't give me a credit to use toward another purchase. I was supposed to pick something out right then and there! I would even have exchanged the t-shirt for a different size but they didn't have one in stock. What sense does this make? Why would they care if I used the credit today or any other day? They have just lost me - and all the people I discussed this with today - as a customer. Very customer unfriendly and very unreasonable return policy.
