Ashland Town Center is a single-level regional mall located at 500 Winchester Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky. The mall is situated along Route 23, the main highway through the city. Four million people come to the mall annually. Ashland Town Center is owned and managed by Glimcher Realty Trust. Ashland Town Center had its grand opening on October 24, 1989. The development cost $32 million. Glimcher Realty Trust was one of three partners that developed the mall, along with Edward J. Debartolo Corporation and Crown American. The original anchor stores were Hess’s and JC Penney. TJ Maxx was added as an anchor in 2010. Cinemark Movies 10 across Winchester Avenue is also mall property and opened in 1990.  Ashland Town Center went through renovations in 2008 and 2009.

Ashland Town Center offers about 70 popular stores on approximately 430,000 square feet of retail space. Current anchor stores are JCPenney, Belk Men and Home, Belk Women and Kid's and TJ Maxx. The key retailers are American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Buckle, Aeropostale, maurices, Charlotte Russe, Crazy 8, Finish Line, Christopher & Banks, Journeys, Justice, The Children’s Place, Kay Jewelers, Orange Leaf, Panera, Rack Room Shoes and Victoria’s Secret. The food court offers dining options including Charley's Grilled Subs, Cheddar's Casual Cafe, China Max, Great American Cookie Co., Panera Bread, Pretzel Maker and Sbarro Italian Eatery. Kentucky Hall of Fame Café, a sports themed restaurant, opened in the early fall at the front of the mall near Visionworks.
