(1/5) Lousy service, diluted coffee

I have been to several pjs and overall love their coffee. But in this particular store Samantha Cashi was no where available to tend to customers waiting at the counter. In fact, a customer ahead of me decided to just leave after waiting for someone to take her order with no avail. When finally Samantha appeared with unwelcoming attitude, I asked for 2 cups of coffee and she rudely claimed that she couldn't hear me, which is ok if she would have asked politely for me to repeat what I just said. Anyway, I wish I cancelled the order because she gave us the coffee from a thermos that had barely warm coffee that was obviously brewed way earlier in the day. The coffee tasted like coffee flavored water. That is definitely not the quality of coffee that I am used to from PJs. As a racially visible customer, I think management has to step up and make sure that the standard of service is maintained and offered to all customers without any discrimination!!
