store staff lack customer service skills. I wasn't greeted by anyone when walking in and there were at least 4 employees there. no one approached me until i started walking toward them with clothes in hand. at this point they did offer me a dressing room. while in the dressing room, no one came to see if i needed any assistance. and of course no one said a word when i walked out.
