I'm a loyal Hilfiger customer 20 years. I received 2 Hilfiger shirts for my birthday, as usual. I just tried to exchange for different colors (Same Style) They wanted to charge me an additional $36.00. Why? Because they aren't on sale anymore. Same style, different color. Sales lady said she would give me a coupon, but I would still owe money. That's poor customer service. By the way, I had my receipt with the tags still on. I'm done with Hilfiger!
