Midtown Plaza Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Midtown Plaza is a shopping center situated in the downtown district of the city Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in Canada. The mall is located on the 1st Avenue South. The mall was constructed in the style of the old Canadian National Railway station. It was opened on July 30, 1970 and had about half its current size, consisting of a single level mall with about 60 stores and services. The mall was constructed on land that was formerly used as rail yards. The second storey was added as a part of $24M expansion in the early 1990's. 

Midtown Plaza is owned by Primaris Retail REIT and is home to more then 130 shops, specialty stores and restaurants. It is anchored by Sears Canada and Hudson's Bay. The latest retailer, Victoria's Secrect, opened its store in Midtown Plaza in February 2015 and the opening of Bath&Body Works is coming soon. The mall contains stores such as Gap, Gap Kids, Dynamite, The Children's Place, Aeropostale, Guess, American Eagle Outfitters, Sephora, The Body Shop, Aldo, Foot Locker, Build–A–Bear Workshop, stores with electronics, furniture and decore stores, jewelry&accessories stores and other more. 

The food court offers plenty of options from greece cousine, thai and japanese specialities, sandwiches, Cafés and plenty more. The mall is open on Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 9 pm, on Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
