NorthPark Mall Davenport, Iowa - IA

NorthPark Mall on the western outskirts of Davenport is the largest enclosed shopping mall in Iowa. The mall is located at the intersection of Kimberly Road and Welcome Way (Highway 61). NorthPark Mall was opened on 11 July, 1973 so it has been opened for more then 40 years. The mall has grown and changed with the times. There used to be original fountains which were replaced by kiosks and other shops. The mall is owned by Macerich Co.

NorthPark Mall is home to more then 160 stores and restaurants. It is anchored by Dillard's, JCPenney, Sears and Von Maur. The mall has a mix of the usual and local shops and stores. Some of the usual stores are Kirlin's Hallmark, Express, American Eagle, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Journey's, Hot Topic, Spencer's, Kitchens, Maurices, etc. Some of the local stores are Whitey's Ice Cream & Yogurt and Mama Bahama's. One of the other major retailers at the mall is Younkers.Barnes & Noble. The dining options offer restaurants, fast foods and refreshments&specialty stores.

There has been always something going on in NorthPark Mall. The mall offers for example free fun and educational games and activities for children, live piano music weekend in April or River Valley Car Show in summer and autumn 2015. You can also visit Mississippi Valley Growers Assotiation Farmer Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays from May till October. The mall is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. The opening hours may vary through the year.
