Employees were rude, didn't have people skills, and were unknowledgeable of AT&T's plans and systems. We went there hoping to change service providers to AT&T but decided not to after the experience. We went to another place to change our plan. Employees were not being honest about the options available to customers. The employees were rude and provided extremely poor service.

Worst customer service ever, they either need to retrain those people who works there or just get new group of them. they are pushy and if you werent buying... they kind of give you the look.
