While it was okay that some of the clerks are not nearly as attentive as other stores. One of the Chinese clerks didn't bother explain why he couldn't double check the status of membership, instead just insisted in a passive aggressive voice that he's not able to do so and made us sign up again. Other clerks were friendly and helpful, just that one young Chinese clerk that unfortunately made the experience shopping there irritating.
