I would not trust them with your jewelry! Took my wedding ring in originally for a sizer and they recommend getting sizing beads- did not want it sized down (they even recommend not sizing it down). Had the ring sent out to add the sizing beads and a few other repairs. When I came to pick up, they told me my ring was sized down!!! And now it is way too small! I wanted them to fix the mistake, but talking to the store manager, Alejandra Sandoval, made me realize I did not trust her or them. She was completely rude and unwilling to admit they had made this mistake. I would not go here!
