My dad went there to buy a perfume for his girlfriend. He ended up getting the wrong one and tried to return it and the lady was being very rude. This women told him he should have thought about that before purchasing the perfume and that she couldn't refund him because the plastic was removed. What happened to customer is always right she did nothing to solve the problem and was being very rude. I don't care if the policy is whatever it is there is no excuse to be rude and tell a customer they should have thought about it before buying it. There's plenty other perfume stores in Edison mall, go to another one that respects their customers
