The Mall at Fairfield Commons Beavercreek, Ohio - OH

The Mall at Fairfield Commons is two-level indoor shopping center located in Beavercreek, the Dayton-Springfield, Ohio, metropolitan area. The mall is located adjacent to Interstates 70 and 75, as well as to State Route 35. State Route 35 provides direct way to downtown Dayton and Dayton International Airport. The Mall at Fairfield Commons was opened in 1993 and is owned and managed by Glimcher Realty Trust of Columbus, Ohio. The mall is home to more then 130 department stores, shops, boutiques, services, restaurants and kids’ soft play area. Regal Cinema is a part of the mall as well. Anchor stores include Elder Beerman Men’s and Home, Elder-Beerman For Her, Macy's, Sears, Dick's Sporting Goods and JC Penney. The Mall at Fairfield Commons features stores like Aeropostale, Aldo, Abercrombie & Fitch, maurices, Buckle, Rue21, Journeys, Journey Kidz, Hot Topic, Finish Line, Justice, American Eagle Oufitters, Bath @ Body Works, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, Yankee Candle, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Zales, Rogers Jewelers  and other popular retailers. 

In October and November 2015 the mall added five new retailers which were HeadQuarters, a full-service barber shop, “Go! Games Go! Toys,” that sells games and toys, Glow, a seasonal tenant that sells puzzle lights and other novelty gift items, Seabolt & Co., which offers bath, body and skin-care products and Zumiez, its first store in the region. The mall has undergone a major construction project that started in January 2015. The project included demolishing the former Elder-Beerman store at Fairfield Commons and making way for five new restaurants. Elder-Beerman still operates at the mall. The new restaurants are Bravo! Cucina Italiana, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Chuy’s and Wayback Burgers. Wayback Burgers is scheduled to open in late fall 2015. Food court features more interesting dining place such as Subway, Chick-Fil-A, Nori Japan, Starbucks, Red robin, Dolce Mio and Phantom Pizza  just to name few.
